With a largely existential focus, incorporating depth work, attachment work, and somatic work, I take an integrative and holistic/biopsychosocial approach, believing that healing occurs when we are able to develop awareness of and integrate the parts of ourselves that have been sequestered away in service of our survival.

By exploring each client’s unique intersections and circumstances, delving into the underlying emotions and beliefs that drive behavior, I help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and support them in addressing outdated stories or coping mechanisms that may be holding them back.

My approach is relational and grounded in the belief that, despite our unique circumstances, we all have the power of choice, and by recognizing this agency and self-sovereignty, we can create more meaningful and fulfilling lives.

I work collaboratively with clients to identify their unique strengths and to develop strategies to better live in alignment with their authentic values.
