the wound is the medicine
With a largely existential focus, incorporating depth work, attachment work, and somatic work, I take an integrative and holistic approach, believing that healing occurs when we are able to confront the core issues that are holding us back,
By exploring each client’s unique intersections and circumstances, and delving into the underlying emotions and beliefs that drive our behavior, I help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves.
My approach is relational and grounded in the belief that, despite our unique circumstances, we all have the power of choice, and by recognizing this agency, we can create more meaningful and fulfilling lives.
I work collaboratively with clients to identify their unique strengths and to develop strategies to better live in alignment with values, in a safe and supportive space where clients can explore the complexities of their inner worlds.
